Taco Soup

This taco soup will turn your family dinner into a fiesta! The Resident Chef makes this quick and easy meal with the addition of ground beef and canned tomatoes. If you like your taco soup a little more on the spicy side, add a can of tomatoes with green chilies. our taste buds will think they are south of the border! Olé! Mixing Instructions: In large pot, add both the spice mix and the bean/corn packet to 9 cups water. Mix in a 10 oz. can diced tomatoes (plain or with green chilies for more spice), add 1 lb. cooked, drained ground beef or turkey. Bring to a boil, cover & reduce heat. Simmer for 45 – 60 minutes.
